A concept album by Eddie The Goatboy

Lockdown did funny things to people… you’re probably as sick as you were with covid hearing of the lengths some people went to stop themselves going insane, my self defence mechanism went into over-drive and created a body of artwork replicating the front covers of my top 100 favourite albums… pens, pencils, watercolours, collages.. the sketch book was complete in 2 months… but then what? not content on sitting on the shelf for the rest of my time on this planet it fell upon an old friend Dom Keen to suggest a wild idea… why not release it as a book with diary like notes and to promote it we can record 3 tracks from some of the featured albums? Great idea… and in January 2021 we set upon the next lockdown project to produce some songs friendly enough to play alongside a radio interview etc etc. those 3 turned into 10 songs and that 10 somehow ended up as a complete body of 15! Bookended and centred with mix and match lyrical poetry which is a story in itself!

Each track is a cover version in the style of someone else from the book… as a companion to the listening pleasure i will list them for you now:
